LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Kentucky freshman forward PatrickPatterson is recovering from surgery on his injured left ankle. Patterson had surgery to stabilize a stress fracture on theankle in Charlotte, N.C., last week. Doctors say Patterson will bein a cast and crutches for up to six weeks and likely won't befully healed for four to six months.
