I'm upset because they are playing in louisville tonite and i can't go because i have to work. they were supposed to have a show tomorrow somewhere else in northern ky, but they canceled and now i can't go to it.. i'm sad now...

Does anyone else know of this band? and do ya like them?

Yea I like some of their songs. It would be pretty nice to go to ANY good concert. I haven't went to one in like 2 years and that was because my cousin bought me a ticket for my birthday, you dont even want to know who the artist was lol

hahah my cousin took me to see Kid Rock! Not that he is awful but I could think of 157 different concerts I would have rather went to than his. lol

Yea all the self proclaimed emo kids and junk wanted to listen to them all of the time. I hate it that people get mad and declare a certain band "their" band and all that crap. People should be able to listen to whatever they want without people freaking out and calling other people posers just because they listen to different music and all of that good stuff. That doesnt apply to you Godfather,sorry that I had to post it after yours but yea it doesnt apply to you, just to people that I go to school with.

Alkaline Trio is an incredible band, and the stories behind their songs make them even more interesting..

I agree with what you all are saying, but i'm not one of those people.. I've been listening to them since i was a junior in high school and that was about 7 years ago..

I know how it goes CTD. I have liked a lot of bands before they became popular and it sucks when losers start listening to your music.

Hahah.. the thing that pisses me off the most is when you have listened to a band for a couple of years, and then they hit the radio or t.v. and people come up to you and are like omg there is this new band out and they are awesome.. that just makes me want to stop listening to music..

Yeah, that's how it went when My Chemical Romance got airtime. People don't know that I'm Not Okay is one of their older songs that I liked so long ago.

I think i first heard of My Chemical Romance about 2 years ago.. and i didn't really like them a whole lot at first, their music was diff. Jack the ripper was the first song i heard lol.. and it was odd i thought.. but i do like helena, i'm not okay, and a couple more of their songs..

that is what happened with like the white stripes, phantom planet, mindless self indulgence, afi, and alot of other bands, i started listening to them before anyone and then when they started to gain popularity everyone was all OMG! listen to blah blah blah blah blah! it killed me.
