What was everyone’s thoughts on the 14th region summer ball games this summer? Any early predictions or issues?

I haven’t saw a ton of summer ball Wildcountry but did get to catch a few games here and there. Hazard and Knott were the best teams I saw. Breathitt and Letcher looked good to me. After that Perry and Leslie. Don’t think Leslie had Lexi Wilson playing. Taylor Couch is at Leslie now and that will be a big help to them. I can see Hazard in the regional finals. The other teams will have to really battle to get there.

Yeah I haven’t watched much either. I haven’t got to see hazard play but I have saw letcher, Leslie, knott, breathitt, Perry, play. I agree with hazard being a shoe in and everyone else battling it out on a decently even playing field.
Kinda excited to see how couch being at Leslie plays out with Ava Napier and couch both being point guards that want the ball in their hands.

Very true Wildcountry. I’m kinda wondering how Perry will respond to having a shoot first point guard. Saw Perry twice and looked like Noble had been completely removed as their PG. Thought Noble done well last season in that role. Also, has Macy Brown recovered from her ankle injury and what will Owsley have? Did Natalie Reed stay at Lee? Reed would he instant game changer for any team that could somehow pick her up from Lee.

Heard Macey Brown is wearing the blue and white now. That could be interesting

I heard she will be in blue and white as well. Big pick up for Breathitt if so. They have been so guard oriented offensively the past several years it will be interesting to see if coach Hayes and company can incorporate an inside out game in their offense with arguably the best big in the region plus also having the Stacy girl in there as well. With some good offensive schemes and having a bigger line up to grab more boards I think Breathitt may be top 3 in the region this season. If Combs and Brown work well together, Breathitt may have a chance to hang another banner in the next two seasons.
