What is happening in the 16th?   Region top 8 update.  

1) Ashland is loaded still and will remain at the top.  No real changes to this program that I'm hearing.  
2) Russell hearing there may be one kid coming from one of their district rivals.  Should make them a contender for the #2 spot. 
3) Boyd Co is loading up.  Really good transfers at middle school and high school.  BC is used to bringing the talent in to win.  I heard one transfer is West Carters best Sophomore Boggs.  Rumors of the other kid is a BIG get.  We will see!  
4) Rowan Co no mentions of transfers.  Good core coming back. 
5) Morgan nothing happening to this team.  
6) Menifee losing talent but still have 2 good kids.  
7) East Carter lost several good talented kids.
8) Raceland has big issues I'm hearing.  People not happy at Rams land.
