Florida vs Houston 4/7/25

It's finally here, the big game.

Who wins?

This should be a dandy of a game.

Rooting for Houston.

I'm guessing Houston in OT.

I don't remember any better games in the NCAA tournament than what I've watched this week!!

Should definitely be a good one.  I'd love to see Houston get the win and cut down the nets as national champions!

I'm fine with either one but this is funny

'96 Kentucky/UMass and '98 Kentucky/Duke were up there for me.

Houston/Duke is going to be timeless though. I kept thinking that they were letting Houston hang around while they were playing their worst game of the season by far. Thought Houston had missed one too many opportunities-- missed layups, missed dunks, turnovers on crucial possessions (including the ball going off Knueppel's foot but being awarded to Duke when it was a 4 point game and the Cougars were running). Saw Houston coming back late but thought it was shot when Tugler got the technical for touching the ball while the inbounder was holding it. Just an amazing finish.

Will definitely be pulling for Houston. Most championship teams seem to have that one game that they should have lost but somehow survive. You might say Texas Tech was that game for Florida, but I don't think it's the same. Think Houston's defense and a crowd that will be mostly pro-Houston will win the night, but I do think it will be close.

I would be happy to see Kelvin Sampson and Houston win it all this year. They play such a throwback style. No big household names just great college basketball players that give 100% effort from the opening tip.

But at the same time, I have a buddy that is in the 99.9 percentile on the ESPN bracket challenge. His bracket is rated 710th in the nation and he picked Florida so I would be happy for him if they won too. He hasn't missed a pick since the sweet 16 started.
