Final from Morehead. It will be once again Boyd vs. Ashland for the 4th time this season tomorrow night at 7:00pm. The Tomcats will be going for an unprecedented 7th straight 16th region crown which would be a record. This will mark the 17th time these two will play for the title.

Rowan Co slowed the tempo down to a pace that kept them in for most of the game. Rowan Co shot horrible from the FT line and couldn't covert enough on the offensive end to keep up. Give a lot of credit to Ashland for the hard nosed defense and great ball movement to combat Rowan's good defense.

This season was one of Coach Thacker's best coached of his time at Rowan. Can't be judged on just wins and loses.
