Who is the favorite to win the 15th region? I can’t pick a favorite to win, so here are my top 3:

1. Martin County
2. Pikeville 
3. JC

Paintsville and JC are extremely close for 3, but I took JC due to them having region experience from last year and always seem to play well when it matters

I think this is the perfect top 3. Pikeville beat paintsville who beat MC but just something about MC makes it hard to bet against them.

Wow. Senior year, hate that for the kid. Hopefully he can make a return and be 100%. After hearing this can we predict a 57th district dual in the region championship?

I agree. Paintsville seems to be peaking at the right time.

This time of year, it's all about peaking at the right time, and once you get into the tournament it's all about matchups.

Martin Co, Pikeville, Paintsville, Johnson Central have really separated themselves from the rest of the pack.

Teams like Shelby Valley, Betsy Layne, Pike Central could be dark horses, and end any of the mentioned teams above seasons come March, but right now if I had to choose, it would be Paintsville or Pikeville.
