Evangel Christian 74 Corbin 69 OT

What happened to the Hounds in this game?  Should have been a pretty easy win.

Unless Evan Ellis is a wizard, the Hounds are done. They will never win anything with sad sack, Johnny Crawford, being allowed to sit his aging ass on the bench. He has ZERO reason for being there, other than to make the kids feel hopeless and VERY VERY sad about their lives. GET RID OF HIM!!!

EMBARRASSING performance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless something changes, Bell County will Dog Stomp Corbin in about a week . Bell has outscored its last two opponents 192- 50 !!!

I’ve seen the hounds a couple of games recently and the issue I see is they have a great collection of players but their offense is pretty much one on one Perimeter oriented with little going to the rim outside of Akins. In the 13th you gotta have an inside game or be phenomenal from the perimeter (HC or BEll). Plus the officiating is more sketchy than normal this year. You have a couple that are willing to call 55 fouls a game or a lot who let maulings happen ( looking at you Tom Greer). Hard to get consistency

Seems like the Hounds have more fans on here than anyone else that always find a way to point fingers at officiating. Everyone else in the world makes a joke about playing at Corbin because they always seem to get the favorable whistle yet the redhound faithful on here seem to think the refs are out to get them. That’s a real head scratcher.

I've watched Corbin basketball for almost 50 years and it is a falsehood that they get favorable whistles to any great degree at home. Doesn't happen any more than any place else.  Now, if there are any basketball scholars on here that have watched Corbin home games for almost fifty years, then I'll listen to any dissenting opinion.

Tony P's usual response is, "we'll keep grinding." The only grinding I want to see is on a pole at the gentlemen's club in Lexington. On the basketball court I want to see well played basketball, and Tony's team is not playing good basketball.
