Looks to be a solid field, Harlan Co should be the favorite to win it again, even without Noah. Hazard should be a favorite as well.

This game was the second game on the second night. Prestonsburg lead 32 -25 at halftime. End of third quarter Hazard 45-40. Chris Slone scored 18 points in semi-final game. The third-place game Chris Slone scored 28 points. I saw Eugene Rawlings of Clay County toss the basketball of the back of a player on endline play and score two points.
