15th Super Regional
#1
Sounds like a big disadvantage to the runner ups of the districts.  Also sounds like the last 2 teams in RPI doesnt even get a chance to advance?  13 & 14th place?  Can someone confirm?

That’s the way I understand it. It helps get the best teams playing for regional title not a runner up in a weak district.

Everyone can advance. Only the district winners are guaranteed to play at Expo.

Unless it has changed since adopted

I love this idea and think other regions will follow suit.

I think the bottom six teams have to play a play-in type situation where they have to win two games to make it to the expo. I've hear bottom six by RPI and bottom six by seeding. Don't know which way is correct? If any are?

I agree Jet. I wish the 14th would adopt it. Makes for an even playing field and the best teams advance. All too often in the 14th the best 2 teams play in the semis of the region.
