It's good to win a game that truly we probably shouldn't have. Florida played as well as they could. I like the fire and no quit in this team. A lot of mental mistakes and poor shooting and bad shot selection. Big win to open up conference play.

And YES Granny!!!!!!! Shepperd causing us way too much unnecessary stress at the end lol.

Sheeeet, yea Reed made a mistake on that last inbounds play, but ky doesn’t win that game if the isint in his hands at the end. Thank goodness we have him. I know some will disagree, and that’s ok, but our 7 footers are weak, VERY WEAK

Well I'm not disagreeing!!! I couldn't agree more!!

Sheppherd always has a calming and leadership type of role every time he comes into a game. And his foul shooting definitely saved us today. I think that's why I got so mad!!! That idiotic foul was just so completely out of character from him.

This was a really good win. Finding a way to beat a good opponent on their home floor on a day when their crowd is out for blood, they are getting crazy breaks (banked in three-pointers! 15-footers that bounce five times on the rim and go in!), plus you aren’t hitting in the first half and Dillingham finally has a poor game, and still you pull it out, that tells me a lot about the character of this bunch. We will lose a few conference games along the way, but if we are healthy come March we should have a top three or better seed and a real chance for a deep run this year.

Didn't get to see much of the game and then had someone spoil the ending before I decided to skip to crunch time, but I think that this team is going to find out that there's a huge difference between conference and non-conference play, especially from the physical and tactical standpoints.

I agree with you that our 7’ footers have a ways to go with their inside presence and skill around the rim.  I will say seeing Bradshaw hitting arguably the biggest shot of the game is very encouraging!  I’ll take it, not many freshman can’t take that shot in that environment and hit with what seemed like ease.  I think come March at least for Bradshaw he will be a major part of a deep run.  At least I hope haha

I actually get to do something similar tomorrow at my heart procedure.
