I'm glad that his days are numbered. He's gotten two seasons too long already.
I didn't mind him when I thought he was just a transition coach for a single season while Trinity searched for a new head coach. Any team should be able to deal with a single bad season, but we're on a downward slope. Lost in the semi-finals in 2021, lost in the quarter-finals in 2022, and there's no sign of improvement on those performances this year.
