LaVine OK'd to play after visit with knee specialist

Bulls guard Zach LaVine's visit with a knee specialist in Los Angeles this week went "very well," according to coach Billy Donovan, who said LaVine is cleared to participate in this weekend's All-Star Game and should return for the Bulls next week.
