Wyoming transfer Neyor flips from Vols to Horns

Isaiah Neyor, who led the Mountain West with 12 TD receptions at Wyoming last season while also grabbing a team-high 44 catches for 878 yards, said he'll sign with Texas after he had originally committed to Tennessee as a transfer.
