Tomcats can really help themselves in the RPI Friday if they can beat 4A #6 Bourbon County.

Looks like by the score of that West Jessamine game, Ashland found some big offense.

Yes Ashland with a new OC and totally different style of offense along with a lot of new starters it’s taken some time to figure it out.

I watched Bourbon scrimmage Boyd and they scored 6 times in 10 plays to Boyd's 0 times in 10 plays. I'm not sure how that translates directly, but I do know that Ashland struggled with Boyd and has lost some games that I did not expect them to lose. If Bourbon is healthy and can handle the drive and Putnam I expect this to go in their favor fairly easily.

Ashland’s offense really mixing up the play calling with quick passes and counters running the ball gashing Bourbons D.

Bourbon County has a lot of athletes and speed but very undisciplined.

Tomcats 2 straight games with zero turnovers and just a couple of penalties. Bourbon had 5 personal foul penalties including the last kickoff return TD.
