Absolutely no chance Hazard and Breathitt should be rated ahead of Jackson City and Knott. Breathitt and Hazard has zero quality wins between them.

Yea...a little surprised at those rankings. Not about the first two, but definitely the latter. Hazard is young...I think Breathitt is too. We’ve seen what happened at PCC with Estill. After this Saturday when Estill makes the trip to Campton, Jackson City should  get their recognition. A little surprised that Knott isn’t in there as well.
