Disappointing start to the year for the mtn lions.
Thoughts?

Pineville was the worst team in the region last year. They are quite a bit improved and have been competitive in several games this year and won six. Who would have expected more?

Theyâve added talent in the bell transfer and havenât lost anyone hardly. I heard they were supposed to be better than 6 wins. Losses to pigeon forge donât look so well.

One starter graduated and one didn't play this year and they added one player - not sure why anyone would say they were supposed to be a lot better than a year before. They have improved.

Why would Pineville be a huge favor over Pigeon Forge? Pigeon Forge is almost five times bigger as a school and isn't terrible. A 9-8 Tennessee AA team isn't an embarrasing loss for Pineville.
