With the win over Shelby Valley today for the region All “A” championship, Paintsville is clearly the most deserving team to be #1 in the region. Coach Slone has those boys clicking right now.

This region is wide open. Districts and the region tournament will be crazy.

I don't think Lawrence County is fourth. I would move everyone else up one and make them 7th. I don't see them beating Pikeville, Martin County beat them by roughly 20, and Phelps is a heck of a team too that is pulling off big wins. I think it's great LC won the 2A regional championship, but they didn't face the 1A teams and JC to get there.
