Lynn will do a wonderful job at the next coach! He LOVES the kids and Estill County. Only thing I can see an issue with is that he has a daughter that will be a sophomore. This may cause some friction among parents over playing time.

He didn't recruit in football so what makes you think hell recruit now?

I think this is a tremendous hire. Knows and loves the game. Knows the kids. Their couldn't have been any better hire than Lynn.
