Just let Eric Ratliff or Dave Spradlin, coach the girls, Coach Ratliff and Coach Spradlin coach everything else at ER.

If what I heard a few minutes ago is true......as was thought all along.....Bobby Spears will in fact be the new coach at ER. It was just a matter of letting the process run its course. I was told half an hour ago that its done. When its announced officially, I'll start a "Congrats" thread for a very good coach & a very deserving program.
