Who has looked good the last couple of days in the summer games that were played yesterday and today.

I watched games at Hazard...Hazard beat Leslie by 30 then Knott County beat Leslie by 40..Knott and Hazard didn’t play..I was somewhat disappointed in Leslie, had been hearing good things about them, maybe the whole team wasn’t there?? Idk..but from what I saw..not a contender right now..I think had Hazard and Knott played..it would have been a better game, but I do think Knott would have prevailed..they have those twins back..and a guard returning..and a couple sophomores that stepped up and are very impressive..what games have you guys seen?

Buckhorn beat Both Powell and Sheldon Clark 3/4 halves.

Impressive wins for Buckhorn! Sheldon Clark has that 6’10 kid, saw some footage of him playing against Breathitt, anyone know how that game went? Score wise?

I don’t think Leslie had all their players. Whitaker and Farler are the best players they have by far. Knott County will not beat Hazard. Hazard will dominate them!

majority of teams don't have all their players because they're either out for baseball or getting ready for football. We won't know how teams will look until the season arrives and gets rolling

I have a coaching friend who saw most of the games at Breathitt this week and he said Breathitt Co looked very solid as they have several scoring options with the Fraley kid back from injury last year. He also said that Buckhorn and Wolfe Co. were the most surprising to watch as both teams won most of the halves that played and most people will probably overlook them this year since Bennett left Buckhorn for Hazard and Wolfe Co lost a bunch of seniors; he said the two best players he saw were Jalen Taulbee (Breathitt Co) and Jaz Johnson (Wolfe County)

Looks like Hazard, Knott and Breathitt will be good. Buckhorn and Wolf better than expected. Leslie not so good (Day knew what he was doing).

Breathitt was much better last week when south played them than they was last year when I watched them at breathitt

Breathitt just won the Berea Classic going 6-0. Not sure who all competed other than Berea, Breathitt, Buckhorn and Model

Knott. I would think this makes them the favorite in Region, and puts Leslie in bottom half of Region.
