Watched him get beat off the bounce repeatedly by LCC’s Stidham tonight. He was ineffective with Stidham guarding him and only scored when they weren’t matched up. But yes he can go and is a great shooter.

Any vested interest in the matter? Haha

sounds like someone wants their name mentioned! Wink

Junior Darron Whitaker and Freshamn Alex Faler for Leslie. Seen both of them play hazard 4 times this year and they are much quicker than Pelfery ever thought about being. Guess playing football helps with the quickness 😝

:devilflamAlex Farler Freshman Leslie County this kid can handle the ball. He sees the entire court and makes some unbelievable passes. He is also a tough defender!

#3 on Perry Central he is a freshman not sure of kids name, but he is quick

My money is on Joe Benton of Estill. I think he is the best Point Guard in the Region.

I see some really quick point guards coming up in Perry and Knott counties right now in middle school and on freshman teams.

Not only #3 on the jv team at PCC but also gotta mention Noah Back

As far as doing what a point guard is "supposed" to do, I would have to go with Benton. He's super quick and athletic. Plus he's a lot better at facilitating plays and has better court vision than ANY point guard in the region. And I am by no means an Engineer fan. My loyalties lie much farther south in the 14th. Just giving credit where it's much deserved.

The Higgins kid on Knott Freshman/JV is quick with the ball and has good instincts on offense and defense.
