Too many unforced turnovers by Clay. Not sure if it was youth, nerves, or just not mentally into the game. I've not looked at stats yet, but I'm assuming South out-rebounded Clay as well. Just a low-scoring "blah" game. Both teams are better than what was witnessed last night.

Clay County definitely lost this game on second chance points and 50/50 balls. South got 2-3 rebounds on one possession several times. I’d be shocked if rebounding wasn’t very lopsided.

Biggest problem for Clay was not being able to get many good looks from 3 because of Souths man to man defense. Clay has several really good 3 point shooters, and rely on them a lot. Most teams are going to defend Rodgers as much as possible, but make sure to not give up good looks from outside, and South did a pretty good job at that for the most part. But for the most part it was a very boring game, and Clay's defense needs to get better and Souths offense needs to get better. No reason for either of those to be bad.
