I was there and I'll just be honest, it was a very ugly game and neither team looked good. Slone from Knott was the best player on the court. It felt like Knott should have won by 20+ but the scoreboard only said 11.

Kcc players don't get along at all!! It will be there down fall!! Also knott never gets beat over there! There 2-4-2 zone is the best in the region!! Teams that get beat over there an it's 10 points or less usually beat them anywhere else!! The last time Pcc won the region they went over there an won by 1 point! An then played Kcc at there place an in the region an they both were 40 point blowouts for Pcc!

Fat pat was right. Jada held the Caudill girl to 10pts and kept her from shooting. She shot a total of 8shots, but did have 8 rebounds. Caudill is still growing which hurts her footwork and speed. The girl did just turn 14 which is actually younger than most 7th graders, even the valley girls. Good thing will come in the future for her.

I didn't get to go after all. A friend of mine pointed out that NC and Duke were playing on tv followed by Oregon vs UCLA I couldn't pass that up it was 2 great games

Knott's defense looked good at times. Jada is really quick and can guard when she wants to. Thought the bulldogs took some bad shots and dribbled too much at times. Easy to defend if the ball isn't moving. Was impressed with the Slone girl, she played well.

I know the Caudill girls dad fell out with Perry but her and that guard from Perry could have been tough to handle together.

If someone was 14 in 7th grade they would not be eligible to play their senior year in high school. So if Valleys 7th graders are older than 14 there is something wrong.
