"Chicago police said there have been 753 homicides and 3,495 shooting incidents in the city from January 1 to December 25. During the same time frame in 2015, there were 478 homicides and 2,393 shooting incidents."

Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws & restrictions in the nation. 753 homicides and 3,495 shootings so far in 2016 prove gun laws & restrictions DO NOT WORK!!! Laws and restrictions do not apply to criminals and gang members. Hence the term 'Law Abiding Citizen'. Do you really believe somebody raised on the streets and growing up in a gang life knows the laws and actually respects a "Gun Free Zone"?
No idea how many of these shootings/homicides are gang and/or crime related, but my guess is they are the leading cause.

This is INSANE!!!! 753 shooting deaths in one city, in less than a year, is crazy. You'll never catch me in Chicago.
