Phillips is nothing more than a cordinator and his record shows! Horrible hire IMO! Great defensive coordinator though, but TOTALLY DIFFERENT when it comes to running a team!

He knows the 3-4 better than about anyone in the league and Jerry Jones has a lot of money invested in the 3-4, so Phillips is the obvious choice. He may not have a succesful record in the playoffs previously, 0-3, but I'm betting he did not have the talent he has with this Cowboys roster. And his relaxed attitude will be perfect to be able to care of TO.
