If HC can throw the ball HC wins. After watching Wayne and Pulaski scrimmage, it's obvious to me PC is going to give up a ton of points, especially through the air. HC 54 PC 36.

Pulaski will beat Harlan County. I look for PC to be a legit top 10 5A team by seasons end. 27-19 PC.
