2. Improve their strength and conditioning program
3. Make sure the best athletes don't just play basketball
4. Continue to improve their feeder system and mimic the High School's Offensive and Defensive scheme
5. Host a home playoff game and advance beyond the First Round


I have never been a huge John Chapman fan due to his actions... but there is 100% no denying that with him as the Head Coach you will see Knott Central start checking these boxes and winning more and more games including playoff games.

This season they HAVE to play better defense than they did last season. You can't expect to win much when you give up almost 45 points per game.
