What are your predictions for the 8 teams in the tournament and who will ultimately play for the title and win it?

Ashland/Boyd County
West Carter/Elliott County
Greenup County/Lewis County
Rowan County/Bath County

I believe it's going to come down to West Carter and Elliott County with Elliott repeating as Region Champs.
