I see a lot of talk on BGR concerning different schools and players and recruiting. My question is...How does one recruit a player from one school to the other? Do they do home visit's, promise cash and cars and places to live? Having never been good enough to have anyone recruit me for anything, I would love to know what goes on behind closed doors!!! (Hope I'm not opening Pandora's box!!)

Typically at Perry Central we ask for three references (not related to you), a cover letter and a brief highlight film to show your work.
If you pass the initial review then we sit down and talk about a salary and benefits package.
OR...
maybe a kid just shows up at another school with his parents and says he is interested in going to school there and playing ball. Then his parents enroll him there and he starts playing.
I forget which is which.

It was really easy for us. We told Delvon how much fun it is to play for the Camels, and he said yes!
