My 12 year old SWEARS by the Rawlings Liquid Metal Big Stick... NOT the Liquid Metal 2, Plasma, or the Fusion... the original "blue" big stick... he has went through about 4 or 5 of them in the last 3 years!!!

Ive always been an Easton Baseball Bat guy myself, but I've been out of the loop a couple of years. When I played, the Nike Bats were the worst by far.

I'm a Rawlings Glove guy though.

It depends at which age level. At the high school level I recommend the TPX bats. At the little league level I'd have to go with Demarini's.

My 12 year old is in LL and he uses the Big Stick.. LOL... he hit 8 homers this year with it and had at LEAST 15 triples and 12 doubles.... He did hit 1 HR with the Liquid Metal Fusion that came out this year but he won't even BAT with another type of bat!!

I have heard people talk about liking the Demarini bats... My oldest (17) uses a TPX bat and likes it really well...
