What i was implying was that i believe JC will have this game over by the beginning of the 4th quarter so you are likely to see the JV in for the entire 4th quarter on defense which has happened many times this year. The Varsity D has only given up 21 points this year and has held team to low yardage, its when the JV comes in that teams tend to score on JC, so thats why i give LC 7.

1.) I thought that we were talking about football, i didnt know that last years basketball lose had anything to do with this years football game. Maybe you should pass that knowledge on to Coach Goldsmith, Im sure he would appreicate it.
2.) The past 10 years records have no reflection on how this game will be played out. Last year JC got its first ever win against LC i believe and the 43-0 score was not dictated by years past. Like i said earlier, no one is scared of LC anymore. Past LC teams where known for hard nosed defense and a power running attack. That isnt this years team and you know that as well as i do. These games are played for a reason and anything could happen but the only way i see LC winning is if JC shows up thinking that they have already won then they may be in trouble.

I've seen JC play this year and I believe they are the best in are district not sure about the region. But to state that their one of the best in the state in any class that is the funniest thing I've read on any site in a long time.
Not trying to be a Jerk but have you ever heard of some of the teams down state especially those in Louisville?
On Saturday I watched Highlands play St. X on a national TV broadcast live and I have to say I think both of them might be just a bit better than JC. Heck I would say if this was a St. X or Highlands vs JC thread you would probably be seeing the same predictions that your seeing in this thread but only with JC on the zero side of the prediction. Since I think JC will represent the district I would love to see them win state. I hate to say it but they're still not good enough to do it this year but this is their chance if they plan on winning state anytime within the next few years unless they end up moving back down in class.
Friday night I hope you lose the rest of the season Good Luck.
Like I said I think JC will win the district but I'm not 100% positive on that because with the new playoff system they'll most likely have to beat Ashland twice just to get to the regional championship and if Ashland is improving as much as it appears and they continue to do so I will probably end up predicting the Tomcats to take the spot in the playoffs to represent the district but that's far away.

Dirty Dawg,s apologised and people just dont do that much.We all say things we shouldnt,but sometimes we put it in print.Now I watched Nanthaniel grow up and he is one tough kid and will play college somewhere.I wish we still had him.Who will be blocking Nananthiel is something I would be concerned with.I know football is a team sport so save any speech on that topic, but I wanna see Nanthan Carter and dials go head to head.Now thats football.

I sure hope none of my JC buddies are overlooking LC. This is the typical time for a team on JC caliber to lose because they are overlooking LC. I however am not. LC is a dangerous team and I think many of you are forgetting they are at home and they WANT TO WIN THIS GAME BAD!!! I think the eagles will be ready because Matney won't let them overlook anyone. I'm just glad noone one here is their coach because if they were LC shouldn't even line up and play. Good luck to both team Friday and the rest of the season. Hope the game is injury free.:rockon:

Well they just better worry about getting threw the distric first, because there are several other team not counting LC who wants a chance to play late in the Playoffs, But if Highlands was to play JC now that would be a total Blow-out.

Dont you think that is a little, no waaaaayyyyy, to premature. JC has a tough district that consists of Ashland and Mason to get through, then in the playoffs could face tough opponents such as Rockcastle and Bell Co. JC is a solid football team but this is ridiculous to say that they are going to play Highlands at this point. And as far as Highlands, both Covington Catholic and Lexington Catholic will have something to say about them as well.
