I am a firm believer in
"You are only as good as the Opponents you play."
So there are the records of teams these QBs have beaten and suffered a loss too.
#4
*Scott is 6-0
#5
Very nice breakdown TNT. Way to do your homework!
#6
Unless I'm mistaken, Houliston has only thrown 1 interception; not 5.
#7
That's correct sorry I pulled his stats and the other site had them in correct as we'll.

My NKY Top 10 from what I've seen in person or on film or highlights.

1. Kuntz
(say what you want about Barker but Kuntz has been more impressive)

2. Barker
(High ceiling IMO if he continues to work for it. Rank could be reflected by the fact that every game the opposing coach bases there defense on him and no one else.)

3. Holliston
(System QB)

4. Ludwig
(2-year starting TE gone QB has been more than excellent for a mediocre Cooper team)

5. Fieger
(System QB)

6. Ackerson
(Highlights, word of mouth- sounds Like Barker has a weak supporting cast for his talent level but has played up very well)

7. Stroub
(Haven't seen any film, judging by word of mouth)

8. Kline
(Extremely improved over past 2 games)

9. Moore
(Judging by word of mouth)

10. Moliter
(Saw highlights not to shabby)

Nice job, my only change would be Moore. IMO I think he's got a little more to offer than Fieger. As I stated earlier in the year I think Kuntz has shown he's a notch above everyone else. He would be getting far more attention if he attended the big camps. Someone will find the diamond in the rough.

I agree about Moore, he can make something out of nothing with the best of them. Kuntz did go to the rivals camp in Cincy. He will play his way on to the next level.

IMO he's already played himself there. He needs to stay consistent, keep doing what he's doing, and he'll be fine. It seems as though there was a reference made in a different thread about Kuntz vs. Barker and the varying receiving talent. Let's be honest, they are both throwing to the same talent ( D2 / D3) as the other but Kuntz has been better. If you follow that logic Kuntz would do even better at the next level. I'm not saying Barker is going to fail, but being a D1 qb is tough, just ask Towles.

I honestly don't think we have seen the best from Kuntz yet. The kid turned 17 in July and is a freak athlete. Think he will grow a little more and runs a 4.8 40. The best chance for him to get more exposure is to lead his team on a nice playoff run.
#14
4.8 will get him looks because he combines that with a Strong arm and good Desicion making.
#15
Decision making seems to be his strong point and that is what separates athletes of equal skill. He doesn't seem to get rattled when under pressure. He understands when to throw or run.
#16
Justin Kline Should not be mentioned in the top 10 of Nky. 42% is awful. He only completes his hail marys to Will Latimore and even then his accuracy and strength is questionable
#17
^ I think he's shown major improvement but this is my top 10.

Who would you put in over him
#18
Moore and Moliter obviously but I would go as far as saying Grants Joesph Knipp or really any other Qb that is in a system that throws more to a hail mary. im not sure on all stats but even with less yards, it would require more talent than luck

Article in todays paper.
#20
Moore I would tend to agree but Kline had faced better secondaries IMO than Moliter
#21
Kuntz is about to become the All-Time passer for Simon Kenton. Chad Lawrence passed for 4,830 yards 52 touchdowns while playing for SK. Kuntz currently has passed for 4,711 yards 42 touchdowns. Two of my favorite quarterbacks to watch play the game!
