Paintsville @ Allen Central 9/20

Tigers will battle the Rebels at Eastern and come into this game 3-1 but my concern is the status of Kent Phelps. Already with Kash out and potentially Kent I'm not really sure how to call this one. We are down to 20-21 players if Kent doesn't play. I will go with the Tigers in a close one.

Losing Kent will hurt, however we have a stable of good backs a couple of which stepped up big time last night.

How long is Kent out? Who will step in? Those are some big shoes to fill. He's got a bright future ahead of him and I hate that he's out. Get well quick young man.

From what I've heard, he may be out one game, but should be fine. He's a trooper and you can expect him to be back as soon as he can. Paintsville still has a lot of talent to run the ball. They just haven't had to use them because they've had Phelps. This will be a good opportunity for those kids to see that they can get it done as well.

Paintsville is the feel good story so far this season.They have an underrated coach who is one of best teachers and motivators I have seen..They win big..

64 if Phelps does not play Friday, I'm pretty sure we are down to 20-21 players.

Kent Phelps is out for this game, has not practiced all week. I think this is a bigger impact overall on the outcome. Not feeling too good about this game, Rebs will be fired up on the right fork of Beaver Creek. Close game, 26-18 Tigers.

Did we get a stable of RB's transfers last week? A stable? We have a 21 man roster going into this game.

I get what you are saying, however L. Daniels, L. Tumble, A. Spencer, and D. Morris can all run the ball. Add Fannin in the mix with QB runs and the Tigers should be ok for the next few weeks. Of course a healthy Phelps and Daniel would be ideal.

TF3 was responding to your claims of a 21 man ROSTER. Now that you have been presented with an accurate roster, you are changing your statement to "active or play regularly." Which is it? Either make accurate statements or admit you are dead wrong when busted. By the way, only two of those kids are injured and inactive. ALL the rest played last night.

Busted is right. I was off by 6 players. Meade Kash and Kent which took a couple of snaps. You boys got me.

Hey TB, I just didn't want some of our players to think they don't matter. Having 30 on the sidelines is HUGE after the past few years. I was just setting the record straight after you kept mentioning that we had 21 on the roster. Even after I said that I count 30 each week and that we must count different and you told me not to count coaches. You still held to your 21 count so I just named the roster. You were at the JC game? I thought it was a little further west and north.
