Hands down Belfry of the old. Visting players are on the home sideline where the heckling was intense and fans right up on you, not to mention their teams made it hard as well. Getting beat to death or in a battle is the only reason a place is hard to win, when I think of a hard place to win it defiantly involves who you are playing, lol. Highlands was a hard place to win at because they were just that dang good and there was nothing you could do! My list goes like this for mountain football (old and new stadiums).

Belfry
Breathitt
Ashland
Bell
Lawrence
Rockcastle
Sheldon Clark
Middlesboro
Pikeville
Prestonsburg
Johnson Central
Whitesburg
Hazard
Lynn camp
Paintsville
Leslie

East Ridge- A feeder system that still hasn't found it's footing. A County with two powerhouse headliner programs. Geographical issues with transportation. Basketball first.

Paintsville- School in desperate need of improvement financially and from a facility standpoint while the much larger cross-town county school is a revenue machine. As long as JCHS is winning I don't ever see Paintsville being anything better than mediocre.

Pineville- Many of the same hurdles as Paintsville. Bell County will always be the draw. With Middlebsoro, Knox Central, and Harlan County surrounding as well for players to send their second string talent kid who they want to have playing time.

Jackson County- Still in infant stages as a program and have yet to find solid ground to begin building. Weak feeder system and support.
