to be honest i dont think belfry is as good as they are built up to be......hazard beat them in a scrimmage with a very young team

I thought Belfry won "if you will--belfry dont scrimmage to win or lose" but i thought they beat hazard...?
I did hear that the belfry jv and freshman got beat...but i also heard that they played against hazards varsity as well as their jv and freshman
correct me if im wrong...im just saying.....this is what ive heard, so your post confused me

I dont think that i would place Johnson Central that high especially above Rockcastle and Bell Co. but hey we all have our thoughts. I like the rest of that line up just move Rock up to #1, Bell to #2, Belfry to #3, and JC to #4.

I think that Belfry, JC, rock, and Bell are all great teams but why isn't SWHS at least #2 after coming of a "scrimmage" win over the so-called powerhouse P.L. Dunbar??
I would say Rock or SW at #1 or #2. then probobly Belfry or Bell at #3 or #4 then JC at #5(not saying anything bad about JC, Belfry. just haven't seen them play...

If you mean Hazard beat Belfry's Freshmen, then yeah, you're right.
As I recall, Belfry had 6 varsity/jv TDs to Hazard's 2, and Hazard's JV scored on Belfry's Freshmen. And I was there, so...
Speaking of young teams, Belfry will be losing 4 offensive and defensive starters from this year's team... Not exactly a bunch of old foagies on the creek.
I pick Belfry to win it all this year, but, same as last year, whoever beats them in the playoffs (if it happens again) will be the eventual champ. Sure, I live a mile from the new school, but I tell you they're going to be a great team this year yet again.
