He's not your typical Mayfield fan. Most of their fans that I have had any dealings with are class acts, wereas his posts seem to take on an adolescent tone.

Hahaha Well obviously 64SUR you don't know much about lifting weights. I am not taking away from this kid at all it's an amazing acomplishment. But there are no colleges that I am aware of that squat using a box. See 64SUR if you knew about weight lifting you would know it is a lot easier to squat with a box than without. When your having to stop at parallel when squating with nothing stoping you it is allot harder. So in result you max out a lot less. Maybe you should hit me up some time and we could hit the gym or something. But as you like LOVE to say 64SUR "you just got served" by FootballAdiction!nicker:

Box squats are a superior means to build your squat. Sometimes the box is set higher than parallel sometimes it's lower than parallel. No matter if there is a box or not that young man is still moving serious weight. I'd say that he'd be in the top 10% of he lifters in his weight range.
