Bowling Green should have won but could not make the playes at the end. This region is up for grabs Warren Central is the favorite but dont count out Russell County or Russellville.

You and I have very different definitions of "should have won". They were down 12 points with 4 minutes left to go and had a great comeback to even have a chance at the end. The only plays they didn't make were to hit the three that would have tied the game. If Central had hit some free throws in the early half of the quarter then BG would have had even more ground to make up. I could just as easily say that if WC had made even a few plays in the 4th and taken better care of the ball then it wouldn't have even been in question late.
Count Russellville out. They don't have it and haven't had it for years. Russell County on the other hand, they are a real threat. Their win over Madison Central was impressive, and they, unlike most teams in the region, have managed to beat Warren Central at Diddle before.
