Final Perry Central 58 Breathitt County 54
#1
Final from Breathitt County. Perry 58 Breathitt 54. Game was about 10 pt game most of the way. BC hit some tuff shots late and had a chance to tie. PCC looked very uninspired tonight.

Wasn't a great showing from perry. Beverly played well Johnson could have played dead not too active.

After watching Perry several times this season their offense often seems stagnant. They have the best point guard around and the two best big men in the 14th. Seems to me this offense ought to be very very difficult to stop. Maybe the coaching staff can get them going a little better. It may be hard to do this late in the season. Good luck to the to the players and coaches.

Perry needs to be more agressive its hard to win on the road look at some other scores across the state, Thats why I think Hazardwill havea hard time winning at Perry next Tuesday and Perry will have a hard time beating Knott at Letcher.

I was at this game not one of their better performances but still a tough road win. Not sure Spurlock is showing all his cards in this one. I have saw them do certain things they did not do in this game. Still they were in control most of the game. They led from wire to wire. Breathitt had a chance to tie in the final seconds missed two close in shots. One hung on the rim then came out. Johnson stepped up and hit two free throws with 3 seconds to go which essentially iced the game. A good sign for them he has struggled all year with free throws. Coach Rhodes and most if not all Cordia players were at game. Saw them load up in their team bus at end of game. Congrats Perry will have to play better to beat Clay County tonite 2/13/13.

Peace be among us.
