Larry Hays Quits At JBS
#1
Coach Hays is taking his talents to Emmalena Elementary, not to coach, but just to teach. This will leave the school scrambling for a new coach. Good Luck to JBS and I can't believe Knott County would do this.

How can blame Knott Co.BOE for this?

I thought he was already a retired school teacher. Does this mean that June Buchanan is not going to have a team after everyone in the district has put them back on the schedule.

Interesting news if true. Was JBS going to dress a varsity team this year?
#5
They stated that they would but who knows.

Why is Knott at fault for hiring a great teacher????? C'mon rude!!!

Heard that JBS will have a varsity team. The Champion girl is there and I don't know who else that they might have.Hays wanted to retire and he's only two years away,so a person can't blame him. I don't see the KCC board of education just going to get him to tick people off. I could be wrong.Going to be hard to get out of the district and region for JBS.Glad to see that they are playing though.
