Kentucky Quarterbacks
#1
KHSAA doesn't post anything until the end of week 3, so I'm curious how the Kentucky QB's are stacking up. Here's what I have through 2 games from wlstats.net. Can anyone give me more information on other QB's around the state... I'm just trying to get an early idea of how everyone is doing...

Efficiancy, Completion %, Total Yards, TD's

Graham Gordon 192.8, 60, 555, 6
(Tates Creek)

Logan Woodside 443.6, 81, 553, 9
(Franklin County)

Garret Peavler 174.4, 71.2, 482, 4
(Lafayette)

Kyle Bolin 132, 62, 482, 4
(Lexington Catholic)

Ora Johnson 146.2, 60.7, 382, 6
(Bryan Station)

I saw him in 7 on 7's at EKU before the season started... He looked really good. Has a couple of big targets to hit as well. His completion percentage and efficancy rating is off the chart. Of course, Efficancy takes into account INT's, which I didn't post...

Wow! That's impressive. Good numbers, sounds like a good ball player. What year is Dalton?

I'm sure he is a real nice QB, but having Ryan Timmons to throw to certainly helps.

It does for sure. But you shouldn't knock the kid because he has a great target to throw too. All QBs have those safety blanket recievers.

I don't know if I took this the wrong way or what. If I did, I apologize!

True Dat... Ryan Timmons is a beast... but Logan is the real deal, Toledo will be lucky to have him in their program...

I just checked out his stats from last year... very impressive, and was just a sophmore! I'll keep my eye on this young man this year, and next... looks like a solid QB...

No wasn't knocking him at all, like I said I'm sure he's a great player. I mean you still have to get the ball there. Just saying having a player like Timmons can make the QB position much easier.

Woodside is pretty good. He has grown into his quarterback/leader role with the Flyers. The scary thing about the kid is that he has only played 1 season and a few games as a QB. He will be even better when the game slows down for him.

Woodside is very good, looks much more physical when he runs this year as well, better on the run to. I think if he had been playing more than last year at qb, someone larger than Toledo would have came calling.
