By the way, I thought you did not want to hear or talk about HHS again and yet here you are again on a HHS post! Just can't stay away can you.:biglmao:

My friend, you will not do well working at a sports book at some casino or as a gambling bookie. Your predictions of games are horrible. Boyle Co. over Highlands NAH, Bell Co. over Lex Cath NAH, now Scott Co. over Highlands? Big NAH. Stick to what you know best brother, get an empty milk jugg and place some rocks in them and shake them like ot's your baby rattler. All kidding aside, Boyle Co is a lot better than Scott Co. and they will not score 30 plus point on Highlands.

Scott Co's offense is not designed to score quickly, they are happy running between the tackles in long drives, no way they score 42 points.
Scott County scored the 2nd most points in 6A last year. I just don't know what all they lost from that team.

They scored those points by filling their soft schedule with bad teams. Highlands defense does need work, but I'm saying Highlands 54 Scott Co 21.

Who knows after last week. Wouldn't be surprised either way.

I think this one comes down to the wire! Then toss a coin could go either way

From what I've read, they lost their QB and most of their O line. They do have the really good RB coming back and their top receiver is coming back also. Starting at the QB spot will be a sophomore. He is McKee's son. I like coaches' sons at the QB spot, as they generally have high football IQ. Just don't know how successful a sophomore QB will be. Also not sure how much McKee will ask the QB to do in this situation. Highlands is not the easiest place for young players to perform.

I was reading on BGP that some SC fans feel that SC is now a premier Ky program on Highlands level. I realize they made it to the finals last year and kudos to them for such. But they narrowly beat a Boone County team in the semi's that most folks in N. Ky didn't think was all that strong. They beat Ballard by 14, but Ballard wasn't that strong either, starting 4 or 5 sophomores and a frosh I believe last year. The year before, they got eliminated by Male, losing 28-12. Male didn't have a particularly strong team that year, did they?

Do folks see SC has having a program that should beat or play even with Highlands every year? I don't and I don't see the past performances by SC that would justify such.

Scott co is a school with the potential to be a perennial power. The do a superb job with their basketballll program. I think they have to continually win for years including a few titles to garner respect in football. Anyone who thinks Scott county could have given Highlands a game last year is delusional. I do not expect a thriller tonight. According to highlands football site, Scott co is 1 and 0 lifetime versus Highlands.
