LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A jury in Louisville has found jockey Robby Albarado guilty of assaulting his former girlfriend. A Jefferson County District Court jury convicted Albarado on Thursday of fourth-degree assault and recommended that he pay a $500 fine. The trial started earlier this week.
