Panthers fall after leading late.
From reports, left too many on base and had too many mental errors. Unacceptable and needs to be corrected. Very inexperienced, but this team will have to grow up quickly. The lack of out of season games will be noticeable early. Hopefully this schedule will prepare them for the latter part of the year. Just have to have at bats against this stuff. That is why out of season games are so important. You learn then and can play now. Pikeville has to now use these games to learn. I do believe they will be ready once May rolls around, but games like this are tough. Wanna win em all! haha. Regroup and find a way to take one of the next two!
Pikeville falls to 2-1 and will return to action tomorrow at East Carter.

First of all, congrats to Greenup. Just hope these Panthers can learn from this loss. Heads up Panthers, and keep at it.
