Trinity High School standout Nathan Dieudonne and Scott Countyâs Tamron Manning, two of the leading candidates for Kentucky Mr. Basketball honors, highlight the Kentucky boysâ roster for the annual Kentucky-Ohio All-Star game.
All-Star director Randy Ward announced 14 of the 15 players on the roster on Monday. He also said Trinity coach Mike Szabo will be the coach with Bryan Stationâs Mike Allen and Rowan Countyâs Shawn Thacker as his assistants.
The game will be played April 7 at Thomas More College.
Dieudonne (left) has signed with Boston University, while Manning (right) has signed with Marshall. Dieudonneâs teammate at Trinity â Morehead State signee Charles Foster - will also be in the game.
Evansville signee Adam Wing of Rowan County and Bellarmine signee Max Clemons of Pleasure Ridge Park are also on the roster.
Others in the game: Jaylen Beckham of Bryan Station, Jeril Taylor of PRP, Lemon Gregory of Muhlenberg County, Devon Rowan of North Oldham, Jaysean Paige of Perry County Central, Matt Day of Buckhorn, D.J. Townsend of Rowan County, Sawyer Williams of Owen County and Jakos Lasic of Morgan County.
The girlsâ roster will be announced at a later time.
Manual coach Stacy Pendleton will coach the girlsâ team with Mercy coach Mark Evans and Ashlandâs Bill Bradley serving as assistants.
