Marion County will face Manual in tonight's LIT championship at Bellarmine University.

Marion County-Mercy: Bre Elder hit 5 of 12 shots and had five rebounds and three assists for the Lady Knights, who led 41-35 after three quarters.

They started the final period with an 8-2 run. Elder scored four of those points, Epps had two and Kyvin Goodin-Rogers made a pair of free throws.

The 6-foot-1 Goodin-Rogers gave Marion County a 28-26 halftime lead by hitting a 15-footer just before the horn. She finished with 12 points, a game-high nine rebounds and three steals.

Mercy led 30-29 on a basket by Courtney Roush and 33-31 on a three by Makenzie Stilger. Two goals by Epps and one by Elder shot Marion County back in front 37-33. A three by Goodin-Rogers made it 41-35 before the Lady Knights scored the first six points of the fourth quarter.

■ In the other semifinal game, Marion County pulled away in the second half for a 55-43 victory against third-ranked Mercy. Epps scored a game-high 20 points, and Kyvin Goodin-Rogers had 12 points, nine rebounds and three steals for the Lady Knights.

Courtney Roush led the Jaguars (19-4) with 12 points.
