Shelby County is sure not the Shelby County of old. Very few years have they not had a solid competitive team, and have won 2 state titles in their history. The new Collins High School must have taken all the athletes when they divided the school to form the new one.

Shelby County was without leading scorer Brian Wallace in this one. He was out with an injury.
