Nope same refs. Game was called fair the first half hence the score first half. Second half was all for NL. Powell had abou 20 fouls second half an overtime an NL had 8 total the 2nd. Powell players were slug around went over the back all night an one player even got kicked in the face with a no call. No way Powell was gonna beat NL on their hm floor in this tourny. The refs took Dennis completely out o the game for Powell an they couldn't stop NL size down the stretch. Powell was 20 pts better an should have won. Powell was the best team in the tourny hands down. 13th region refs won't allow it tho

Couldn't agree more with what basketballfan10 said. Powell was the better team tonight an in this tourny. But until Powell can gett better guard play on offense limiting turnovers an on defense not being able to guard anyone gettin their bigs in foul trouble they r at risk to lose. Powell has the potential to make noise in the 14th if teams sleep on them. They need to realize they cant dribble thru presses an their other guards can't run to the corner an hide an not help get the ball up the floor. They take to many quick 3's an shots period. If u have a lead wrk the offense for a good shot not a contested 3. I kno points look good on paper but wins looks better overall. As soon as these kids buy into that the better. The games where they have had 15+ assist they have won by 25, 30, an 21. Cmon pirates u guys have a top 5 team if u wrk together!

^^^^^^ this is the truth. Powell is two completely different teams when they r unselfish an play team ball.

i wouldnt blame the refs for what happened at north last night, the reason powell lost was missed shots late in o t and not defending allen for north.allen can hit the three , i figured powells coaching staff would put a chaser on him.

U can blame the refs when the first half fouls were even an Powell up 13 an the second half Powell had 19 fouls to NL 8 total even in ot. Why put a chaser on him? He isn't that good only reason he got pts was off a couple little turn around post moves on a smaller defender an rebounds going over the back every time. He is very slow an unathletic just taller than the Powell kids. On a neutral sit Powell wins by 20+
