2. North Carolina
3. Duke
4. UCLA
5. Indiana

I just woke up, didn't feel like thinking too hard or researching..I'm sure once I wake up and feel like researching a bit it will change...

I did not include KY on my list, b/c I know being in KY it would be a run away. And it's obvious KY is a Top 5 program, so let's vote for the other four.....

well even ESPN who is anti- UK had Kentucky as the best basketball program/tradition of all time. but i will leave the Cats off for you.
but with your list i wil have in no particualr order

Duke
UNC
Indiana
Michigan St.
UCLA

UConn is hard to leave off.

UCONN doesnt have much history and tradition in their program..Though if we were talking last 10 years then they are probably the best program in the nation...
