Great job this year with Fairview.They have a good chance to win 3 games in the playoffs. Then they would be the underdog I am sure if they are to get any farther. As for Mayfield & Beechwood they could possibly win the 2A or 3A this year, they are that good. I just hope the Eagles will get the chance to see how they would do against them of course that would be in the state finals.They have a shot I just hope it happens.

Congrads to both on the regular season. Mayfields is well deserved and Fairview there only challenge was Raceland and they pulled away late but we shall see how good they are in the 3rd round if they can get past the likes of Pikeville or Raceland.

Good job. I knew what you were saying and it was very clear in your post. There are only two undefeated teams in 1A, no where in that statement is comparing either to each other or making any predictions of how they will do going forward.

First congrats to the eagles and Mayfield for undefeated seasons.
Now we are in phase three of this football season.
If it would happen to come down to where the eagles and cardinals played for the state title. I think it would turn out like last years title game. But just getting to that would be a giant accomplishment.
Good luck to all in the playoffs unless we are playing you. It would be great imo to have a rematch with the eagles. But first we have to get by South Floyd and Pikeville.
